Personalized Postpartum Care
Based in Orange County, CA
Welcome to your fourth trimester…
Your sweet new baby is tiny, your emotions are enormous, and “sleep when the baby sleeps” is somehow the only advice anyone has.
The postpartum period is a critical window of healing, adjustment, and bonding, and my mission is to ensure that you are cared for, while you learn how to care for your baby.
I’m a professionally trained postpartum doula + perinatal mental health certified (PMH-C) providing in-home newborn (and new parents) care, feeding guidance, recovery support, and practical assistance — creating a calm, supported environment where you, your partner and your baby can thrive.
What is a doula?
The word doula comes from the ancient Greek word meaning “a woman who serves.”
For centuries, new parents were surrounded by experienced women: a village made of mothers, aunts, grandmothers, and community members who helped with recovery, newborn care, meals, and household tasks. Postpartum support wasn’t a luxury, it was simply how families functioned.
Modern life now looks very different. Many families live far from relatives, partners return to work quickly, and the expectation for new mothers is often to “bounce back” and “figure it out” without consistent help.
A postpartum doula bridges that gap, because you were never meant to heal from birth, learn your baby, and manage a household all on your own.
